For Lara Schippert, real estate is more than just helping people buy and sell homes — it’s about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping families write the next chapter of their story.

Based in Peyton, Colorado, Lara combines a lifelong love of the community with over 20 years of customer service experience and six years in the title industry, giving her a unique edge in navigating even the most complex real estate transactions. Her background has taught her that every detail matters — and every client deserves an experience built on care, communication, and results.

Lara’s approach is simple yet powerful: she listens deeply. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals, priorities, and dreams — then works relentlessly to make them happen. Whether she’s guiding first-time buyers through their first purchase, helping a family sell their long-loved home, or assisting investors seeking opportunity in Colorado’s vibrant market, Lara brings a calm confidence and a client-first mindset to every interaction.

A proud Peyton resident, Lara shares life’s adventures with her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Katy (16) and Avery (4). When she’s not negotiating contracts or celebrating closings, you’ll likely find her hiking Colorado’s trails, doing Zumba, watching sports, or simply soaking in the mountain views that remind her why she loves where she lives.

After months of searching for a brokerage that aligned with her values, Lara found her professional home with The JC Group at Engel & Völkers — a team known for its integrity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. “I wanted to be part of a group that truly cares about its people and gives its agents the tools to help their clients succeed,” Lara shares. “The JC Group was the perfect fit.”

For Lara, the greatest reward comes at the end of each transaction — when everything falls into place and she can hand over the keys, share a smile, and witness the excitement of new beginnings.

If you’re ready to make your move — whether across town or across Colorado — Lara is ready to guide you home.
